- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 10 Sourcing Analysts, providing regular feedback, development opportunities, and performance evaluations.
- Assign and balance workloads to ensure timely and efficient progression of procurement tasks and VERs.
- Monitor daily team activity through Thinksmart and other tools, identifying and addressing bottlenecks proactively.
- Establish and track KPIs, ensuring the team meets or exceeds service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of VERs managed by the team, ensuring accurate intake, tracking, and completion.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex sourcing, negotiation, or compliance issues.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, PO-only processes, and self-servicing legal requirements.
- Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance leaders to maintain high standards of due diligence and contract management.
- Analyze weekly and monthly performance reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leadership to standardize and optimize sourcing processes across the team.
- Implement best practices for contract drafting, review, and negotiation to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Lead initiatives to improve cycle times, closure rates, and vendor relationship management.
- Act as a liaison between procurement leadership, DRIs, Legal, and other cross-functional stakeholders to resolve escalated issues.
- Support business units by ensuring sourcing processes align with strategic objectives and budgetary goals.
- Facilitate training sessions for internal stakeholders on sourcing procedures and compliance requirements.
- 4+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing Operations, Contracts, or Category Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a global or high-volume procurement environment.
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and contract lifecycle management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with procurement tools such as DocuSign, JIRA, and Thinksmart is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
