Let's get more aspiring pilots to get to the pilot's seat as swiftly as possible. www.stratus.financeThe RoleYou will be responsible for :· Analyze financial data and build complex financial forecasts with accuracy· Organize data into accessible reports and perform various types of analysis using key metrics such as yearly growth, return on assets, return on equity and earnings· Review all non-legal pertinent information about prospective deals· Support financial and accounting functions, such as investment operations, product recommendations, budgeting, financial statement consolidation, cost control and M&A activities· Evaluate and analyze capital investment opportunities, lending activities, debt acquisition, rate of return, profit plans, operating records, financial statements, etc.· Study the company’s financial data to provide insight for business decisions and overall financial strategy.· Collaborate with teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.· Preparing reports for senior management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data.· Create visually compelling reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders.· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.· Building and testing drivers and variables for financial model forecasting within standard deviation.· Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend data-driven solutions.Ideal ProfileSkills required:· Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or any related field· Completely fluent in English· 1 - 3 Years or proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, preferably in the lending or financial industry.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently with complex datasets.· Highly Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, and other analytics tools.· Experience with data visualization tools.· Proficiency with statistical techniques and tools for data analysis.· Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.· Attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in data & finance analysis.· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.· Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.What's on Offer?
