We are seeking for a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer CFO to join our dynamic team. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a senior financial leadership role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive financial performance and growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth objectives
Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive leadership team
Oversee the accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions
Evaluate and manage financial risks and opportunities
Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements
Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems
Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and auditors
Lead and develop a highperforming finance teamQualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field MBA or CPA preferred
Proven experience as a CFO or senior financial executive in a similar role
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights
Demonstrated track record of driving financial performance and growth
Experience in strategic planning, MA, and capital raising
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards
