As IT Team Leader, Guatemala City, you will have responsibility for activities that support planning and execution of an IT vision and strategy aligned with the company’s strategic business plan. They oversee the development of corporate standards, technology architecture, technology evaluation and transfer. They manage small to large teams of people responsible for developing and delivering IT solutions for the business and customers. IT Leaders provide technical and business leadership to their organizations as well as to the business.Works on one or more projects/ initiatives as a team member or under supervisor to deliver solutions within the Business Unit. Responsible for analysis, improvements and execution activities of the assigned IT processes to provide high quality services to internal clients. Moderate level of autonomy. Engagement with clients. Frequent vendors engagement & contract management.A Taste of What You’ll Be DoingWork Planning: Support the execution of the IT Strategy, participates in short- and long-term project planning efforts with team members, clients and other IT groups. Also, supporting the project planning process with IT business analysts and team members (regional and global). Develop work plan timelines and manages workflows to meet local project/initiatives timeframes.Business and Technical Requirements: Works with project team to understand business needs. Support technical solutions based on the business requirements and functional specifications provided by Business Analysts.Ensures completeness of regional technical requirements for the design and implementation of system business solutions.Assists in determining IT solutions specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.Governance/Policies, Processes, & Standards: Provides input into demand management process, ensures adherence to policies, procedures, and standards and follows all the regional and global PMO, Governance and Security procedures.Financial Management: Forecast under supervisor the technology costs by providing input into annual budget planning process. Ensure execution of Budget related to assigned projects and Overhead.Communication and IT Branding: Proactively participate in the continuous communication of IT Infrastructure solutions launching, benefits, guidelines and training materials to promote adoption and optimal use of the toolsVendor Management: Works with procurement during vendor negotiations . Assures the purchase to pay process is followed on time for the products and services contracted for IT Infrastructure, aligned to procurement policies and the IT BudgetYour Recipe for Success

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
Requires experience in supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels.
Requires demonstrated ability to launch and deliver a single IT project on time and within budget.
Advance or fluent in English Language ( Writing, reading & Speaking )
