Main Purpose:Supporting the ESG strategy for the group. The main function will be collating, analyzing and reporting ESG data from the business. This role will include involvement in the scoping and implementing CSRD readiness measures. There will also be involvement in developing ESG related programs. This role may also include work on the Enterprise Risk Matrix for the company. Training will be given in the specific requirements of CSRD - but the role requires enthusiasm and appreciation for ESG in general.Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Collating ESG data from business locations
2. Analysing ESG data
3. Preparing ESG reports
4. Acting as a focal point for ESG questions from the business
5. Participation in building and maintaining the ERM
6. Assuring the accuracy of HSE and ESG data in our systemsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
1. Strong communication skills
2. Ability to engage, often remotely, with the business to champion ESG topics
3. Data handling skills including use of excel
4. Preparing presentations in Powerpoint
5, General understanding of ESG and CSRD concepts and principles
7.Fluent written and Spoken English, Spanish fluency and advantage.Key Relationships
