Animation / Motion Designer FREELANCER - 20 hrs / From December 2nd. / Rate per hour USD 15 - USD 23

• Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality animations and motion graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual content.
• Develop storyboards and creative briefs to present and refine design ideas.
• Ensure all animations and motion graphics align with the brand's visual identity and messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate best practices into the design process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.
• Work with video editors, illustrators, and other designers to integrate animations seamlessly into broader visual content.
• Optimize animations for performance across different devices and platforms.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in animation and motion design
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation styles and techniques
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• This role is more production design: Could be a mix of animation, video editing, AI video creation, building product explainers with a tool like Navattic or similar, or even doing some CSS work to create page motions we want to make page story / design stronger.
