Handle a team of Third Party Collectors
Ensure proper staffing levels and effective customer service
Work with the Operations Manager to plan and schedule production activities
Administer performance improvement plans
Assist in monitoring the production practices and set the schedules as required
Participate in strategic planning and goal-setting
Conduct timely and effective quality assurance reviews and coordinate with QA Department
Analyze business requirements and customer needs
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Other duties may be assigned

Qualifications for the Role:

At least 2 years of proven work experience as Operations Supervisor/TL/TM in a International third party collections

At least 2 years of BPO experience in International third party collections

A total 5 years of experience in BPO industry
Hands-on experience implementing operational processes
Excellent project management skills
Knowledge of operational principles and policies
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge in MS Office systems
Knowledge in Google Docs, Forms, Sheets (optional)
Willing to work in a rotational shift environment
Willing to work from home or at a local area site
Experience in different tools such as Sales Force, Zendesk, Twilio, Avaya, ticketing tools and Ujet is a plus.
