✔ Serve as the local change agent, coaching and influencing leadership behaviors aligned with Lean principles.
✔ Drive the implementation of Lean elements: Process Standardization, Operating System, Lean Academy, and Kaizen activities.
✔ Facilitate Lean training sessions, workshops, and problem-solving initiatives.
✔ Coordinate data gathering, validate KPIs, and provide timely progress reporting.
✔ Continuously review progress, mitigate risks, and adjust action plans to achieve objectives.
✔ Lead engagement with leadership to challenge the status quo and implement sustainable process improvements.What We’re Looking For✅ Bachelor’s degree or higher (Lean Six Sigma or Project Management certification is a plus).
✅ 3-5 years of experience in Lean training or Continuous Improvement deployment roles.
✅ Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with proven ability to coach senior leaders.
✅ Experience in terminal operations.
✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
✅ Collaborative, influential communicator with the confidence to drive change and break through barriers.
✅ Comfortable working with virtual teams and external consultants.✅Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.✅Availability to work in the city and the port of Quetzal.Did you read this far?
