- Manage and ensure original certifications and documents are maintained.
- Coordinate the completion of FHA forms with signatures from the accountant and legal representative.
- Oversee the registration forms for maternity, beneficiaries, and data updates.
- Handle various consultations and requests as needed.
- Process applications for IRTRA cards.
- Create and manage VHUR codes.
- Establish new positions and ensure accurate entry of information into Visual systems.
- Reconcile and manage vacation schedules.
- Assist with opening, changing, and canceling bank accounts.
- Review new hire checklists and maintain active records.
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
- Approve processes in Workday (WD).
- Audit and archive documents, including termination letters and final settlements.
- Maintain termination records.
- Audit and oversee movement processes in Workday (WD).
- Follow up on pending documentation.
- Support with demands or audits as needed.
- Conduct inductions for new hires.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday and Visual.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
